BY ENROLLING OR USING OUR SERVICES THROUGH ANY CHANNEL (INCLUDING TAGMANGO, WHATSAPP, OR INSTAGRAM), YOU UNCONDITIONALLY ACCEPT THIS POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DISCONTINUE ALL USE IMMEDIATELY.
1. DEFINITIONS
"Company", "We", "Us": The Cutting Edge Group Private Limited, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.
"Platform": TagMango (tagmango.com), the third-party course delivery platform.
"Program": The Agentic AI for Daily Work course and all present and future modules, content, updates, additions, and variations thereto, as made available by the Company at its sole discretion.
"User" / "You": Any individual who enrolls in, accesses, or uses the Program or any Channel.
"Personal Data": Any data about an identifiable individual, as defined under the DPDP Act, 2023 and the IT Act, 2000.
"Channels": All modes of interaction maintained by the Company, including TagMango, WhatsApp groups, Instagram, and email.
"Applicable Laws": The IT Act, 2000; IT (SPDI) Rules, 2011; IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021; Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; DPDP Rules, 2025; Consumer Protection Act, 2019; and all other applicable Indian laws, as amended.
"User Content": Testimonials, reviews, results, images, videos, messages, assignment outputs, and any other content submitted by a User through any Channel.

TagMango Private Limited acts as an independent Data Fiduciary for data collected through the Platform. Users must review TagMango's privacy policy at tagmango.com/privacy-policy separately.
3. SCOPE AND APPLICATION
This Policy applies to all personal data collected from Users through any Channel, including the Platform (TagMango), WhatsApp groups, Instagram, and email. It applies to all current and future programs and services offered by the Company. It must be read alongside the privacy policies of TagMango, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and WhatsApp, each of which governs data processed by that respective platform.
4. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
4.1 Data You Provide
Full name, email address, and mobile number.
Professional background, designation, and work experience (if provided).
Queries, messages, feedback, and content submitted through any Channel.
Assignment submissions and course-related work uploaded to the Platform.
4.2 Data Collected via the Platform (TagMango)
TagMango collects the following data as an independent Data Fiduciary. The Company may receive aggregated reports for program administration:
Login credentials, session data, and access logs.
IP address, device type, browser, and operating system.
Course progress, module completion, assignment submissions, and live session attendance.
Geolocation (country, city level) and language preferences.
4.3 Data via Tracking Technologies on Landing Pages
Meta Pixel: Collects browser type, IP address, referral URL, and on-page actions. Transmitted to Meta Platforms for targeted advertising. Governed by Meta's Data Policy.
Google Analytics: Collects anonymised session data for website analysis. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Google Tag Manager: Manages tracking scripts. Each deployed tag is governed by its own service's policy.
Microsoft Clarity: A behaviour analytics tool that records anonymised session replays, generates heatmaps, and tracks user interactions on the Company's landing pages to improve website usability. Data is processed by Microsoft Corporation under its Privacy Statement at privacy.microsoft.com. Microsoft Clarity may store data on servers outside India.
4.4 Data via WhatsApp Groups
Your display name, phone number, and profile picture are visible to all group members, not just the Company. The Company does not control what other members do with this information.
Content posted in groups (messages, images, videos) is visible to all group members and administrators.
The Company may retain records of group activity for administrative and compliance purposes.
Do not share sensitive personal data or financial information in WhatsApp groups.
4.5 Data via Instagram
Content of DMs and comments sent to Company accounts is accessible to administrators.
All Instagram data is processed by Meta under its Data Policy.
5. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
To process enrollment and provide access to the Program and all associated content and updates.
To deliver the Program via the Platform, WhatsApp, email, or any other Channel.
To track progress, assess assignments, issue certificates, and maintain records.
To provide mentorship, support, and doubt-clearing services.
To operate and moderate WhatsApp groups and respond to inquiries.
To run targeted advertisements on Meta and Google using Pixel and Analytics data.
To display User Content (testimonials, results) for which written consent has been obtained.
To improve and update the Program and detect and prevent fraud or misconduct.
To comply with applicable legal obligations and exercise or defend legal rights.
6. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
Consent: By enrolling or using any Channel, you consent to data processing as described herein. Consent may be withdrawn at any time per Section 12, without affecting prior processing.
Contractual Necessity: Processing required to deliver the Program and fulfill enrollment obligations.
Legitimate Interests: Analytics, fraud prevention, marketing, and business operations.
Legal Obligation: Processing required under applicable Indian law or by courts or government authorities.
Legal Claims: Processing necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
7. DISCLOSURE AND SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA
The Company does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared in the following circumstances:
TagMango Private Limited: Has access to registration, course activity, and progress data. Operates as an independent Data Fiduciary under its own policy at tagmango.com/privacy-policy.
Meta Platforms: Receives data via Meta Pixel for advertising. Governed by Meta's Data Policy.
Google LLC: Collects website analytics data. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Microsoft Corporation: Microsoft Clarity collects session recordings, heatmaps, and behavioural analytics data from the Company's landing pages. Governed by Microsoft's Privacy Statement at privacy.microsoft.com.
WhatsApp: Processes data in groups under its own Privacy Policy. Other group members' use of your data is outside the Company's control.
Internal Personnel: Employees and mentors involved in delivering the Program, on a need-to-know basis, bound by confidentiality obligations.
Service Providers: Third-party vendors for email, cloud storage, analytics, and support, bound by data processing agreements.
Legal Authorities: Government agencies, courts, and regulators where required by law.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, data may transfer to a successor entity subject to equivalent protections.
8. TESTIMONIALS AND USER CONTENT
The Company will not use your testimonials, results, photos, videos, or any User Content in public marketing materials or paid advertisements without first obtaining your explicit, separate, written consent. Submission of content to any Channel does not by itself constitute consent for marketing use.
Upon providing written consent, you grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, and create derivative works from your User Content across all media and channels for marketing and promotional purposes.
You confirm that you own or have the right to licence the User Content, that its use does not infringe any third-party rights, and that you will not claim any compensation for such use. Consent may be withdrawn for future use by written notice to support@thecuttingedge.academy, but withdrawal cannot affect User Content already incorporated into published materials.
9. COOKIES, TRACKING, AND OPT-OUT
The Company uses Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity on its landing pages. These technologies collect browsing behaviour for advertising, analytics, and user experience purposes. Users may manage these preferences as follows:
Browser settings: Block or delete cookies via browser preferences.
Meta ad preferences: Opt out at facebook.com/ads/preferences
Google Analytics opt-out: Install the add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
Microsoft Clarity opt-out: Opt out at clarity.microsoft.com/optout
Continued use of the Company's services constitutes consent to the use of these technologies. Disabling cookies may affect Platform functionality.
10. DATA BREACH NOTIFICATION
In the event of a personal data breach posing risk to Users, the Company will notify the Data Protection Board of India within 72 hours of becoming aware, as required under the DPDP Rules, 2025, once enforceable. Affected Users will be notified in accordance with Applicable Laws.
The Company is not liable for breaches caused by TagMango, Meta, Google, WhatsApp, or any other third-party platform. Users must seek notifications and remedies from those entities directly.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IN PROGRAM CONTENT
All program content (including videos, recordings, slides, written materials, prompts, templates, assignments, and resources) is the exclusive property of The Cutting Edge Group Private Limited, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957.
The Program is continuously evolving. The Company reserves the absolute right to add, modify, replace, or remove any module, content, or feature at any time without prior notice or liability. Enrollment does not entitle any User to any specific content described in marketing materials.
Users are strictly prohibited from recording, downloading, reproducing, sharing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any Program content without prior written permission. Violation constitutes material breach and may result in termination of access without refund, civil action, or criminal proceedings.
12. WHATSAPP GROUPS AND INSTAGRAM
12.1 WhatsApp Groups
Participation is voluntary. Your phone number and display name are visible to all group members, not just the Company.
The Company is not responsible for content shared by other group members or for WhatsApp's data processing.
The Company reserves the right to remove any User from any group at any time without notice or liability.
12.2 Instagram
DMs and comments sent to Company accounts are accessible to administrators.
Meta processes all Instagram data under its Data Policy. The Company is not responsible for Meta's processing.
13. YOUR RIGHTS AS DATA PRINCIPAL
Subject to Applicable Laws, you have the following rights regarding personal data held by the Company:
Access: Request a summary of personal data held about you.
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Erasure: Request deletion of personal data, subject to retention obligations under Section 14. Deletion may result in loss of access to the Program.
Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent at any time by written notice to support@thecuttingedge.academy. Withdrawal does not affect prior processing and may affect continued service delivery.
Grievance Redressal: Raise a complaint with the Grievance Officer (Section 20). Unresolved complaints may be escalated to the Data Protection Board of India.
Nominate: Nominate an individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
Requests must be submitted in writing to support@thecuttingedge.academy. The Company will respond within 30 days. These rights apply only to data held by the Company, not to data held by TagMango, Meta, Google, or WhatsApp.
14. DATA RETENTION
During enrollment: All personal data is retained throughout the active enrollment period.
Post-enrollment: Personal data retained for up to seven years for legal, accounting, and tax compliance under Indian law.
Legal proceedings: Data necessary for legal claims retained until final resolution or expiry of limitation period.
Anonymised data: The Company may anonymise personal data at any time and retain such anonymised data indefinitely for analytics and product development purposes.
15. CHILDREN AND MINORS
The Program is intended for individuals aged 18 years and above. The Company does not knowingly collect personal data from minors without verifiable parental or guardian consent. At enrollment, Users must confirm they are 18 or above, or provide parental consent if under 18. If the Company becomes aware that a minor has enrolled without parental consent, access will be suspended and data deleted. Contact support@thecuttingedge.academy if you believe a minor's data has been collected without consent.
16. DATA SECURITY
The Company implements reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data. The Company does not guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet. Transmission is at the User's own risk. The Company is not liable for breaches caused by third-party platforms or events beyond its reasonable control. Users are responsible for keeping their Platform login credentials confidential.
17. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Personal data may be transferred outside India by TagMango, Meta, and Google in the course of delivering their services. By consenting to this Policy, you authorise the Company and its data processors to transfer your data outside India for the purposes described herein, subject to the DPDP Act, 2023 and applicable safeguards.
18. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND PLATFORMS
The Program involves the use of third-party tools and platforms that are independently operated. The Company is not responsible for the data practices, availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party tool, or for any changes, discontinuation, or pricing changes made by third-party providers. Users must review each tool's terms and privacy policy independently.
19. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
19.1 No Guarantee of Outcomes
The Company makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding any specific outcome, result, career advancement, salary increase, job placement, or other benefit from enrolling in or completing the Program. All testimonials and results in marketing materials are individual experiences and do not indicate typical or guaranteed results. This disclaimer is a material term of enrollment.
19.2 No Warranty on Accuracy or Availability
The Company does not warrant that the Program, Platform, or any content will be error-free, uninterrupted, complete, or accurate. The Company is not responsible for inaccuracies in any content or information provided as part of the Program.
19.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Company's total liability to any User for any claim arising from this Policy, the Program, or data practices is limited to the total fees actually paid by that User to the Company for enrollment. The Company is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, loss of data, profit, or opportunity. Nothing in this section excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Applicable Laws.
19.4 No Liability for Third-Party Breaches
The Company is not liable for data breaches or privacy violations caused by TagMango, Meta, Google, WhatsApp, or any other third-party platform. Users must seek redress from those entities directly.
20. DATA PROTECTION OFFICER
The Company is monitoring its classification under the DPDP Rules, 2025. If classified as a Significant Data Fiduciary, the Company will appoint a Data Protection Officer and update this Policy accordingly. Until then, all data protection inquiries should be directed to the Grievance Officer in Section 22.
21. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY
The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time at its sole discretion. Revised policies will be posted with an updated date. Continued use of the Program or any Channel after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
22. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Policy is governed by Indian law. Any dispute arising from this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. Before initiating legal proceedings, the User must first escalate to the Grievance Officer and allow 30 days for resolution.

In accordance with the IT Act, 2000; IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021; and the DPDP Act, 2023:

Unresolved complaints may be escalated to the Data Protection Board of India upon its constitution under the DPDP Act, 2023, or to the appropriate Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
24. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Entire Policy: This Policy, read with the Enrollment Agreement, Terms and Conditions, and Refund Policy, constitutes the entire agreement on data privacy.
Severability: If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full force.
Language: This Policy is in English. The English version prevails over any translation.
Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
This Privacy Policy is published by The Cutting Edge Group Private Limited and is effective as of the date stated above. It has been adopted in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000; IT (SPDI) Rules, 2011; IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021; Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025.
